1. Who we are
1.1. ADAR Luxury Realty operates the website adarluxuryrealty.com (the “Site”).

2. What data we collect
2.1. Account and identity data: name, email address, and profile image when you sign in with Google OAuth.
2.2. Contact data: phone number, messages, and any details you submit through forms.
2.3. Listing data: property details, images, videos, documents, and related metadata that you upload.
2.4. Comments data: data shown in the comment form, the commenter’s IP address and browser user agent to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. Gravatar’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
2.5. Media metadata: if you upload images, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the Site can download and extract location data from images.
2.6. Cookies and local storage:
a) Convenience cookies for comments may store your name, email, and website for up to 1 year.
b) A temporary cookie is set on the login page to check if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close the browser.
c) Login cookies may persist for up to 2 days. If you select “Remember Me”, login may persist for up to 2 weeks. Screen options preferences may persist for up to 1 year. If you log out, the login cookies are removed.
d) If you edit or publish content, an additional cookie may be saved to indicate the post ID of the article you edited. It expires after 1 day.
e) Social login: our Google sign in flow and social login plugin may use cookies or local storage to remember session state and complete the authentication process.
2.7. Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, and interactions collected via server logs, cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
2.8. Embedded content: pages may include embedded content from other websites (e.g. videos, images, posts). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website and may allow that website to collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content.
